Our Corporate service is very similar to that offered to our
private clients.
Detailed Property Inspections
On appointment we carry out a detailed inspection of your properties
with our professionally qualified Consultants to fully assess
the condition of the building fabric, decorations, furnishings,
fire
and security installations. We present you with a detailed Report
and Maintenance Plan highlighting any problems and making recommendations
for improvements or repairs. We can then arrange for the approved
works to be undertaken during void periods.
Sourcing/Appointing Household Staff
You may already have household staff such as cleaners, gardeners
and window cleaners. If you haven’t, or are unhappy
with the service you are getting, we will appoint fully vetted
experienced
staff on your behalf.
Regular Property Visits
On a day-to-day
basis we take full responsibility for running your properties.
This includes twice-weekly inspections to
check maintenance
and monitor cleaning/gardening standards. We will then report
back to you as necessary, providing a summary on the actions
taken during
each visit, and detailing any recommendations for works or
improvements that need to be carried out at the property.
Security
Security is a key feature
of our service and that is why we have the security system fully
checked and tested by
our specialist
Consultants. We then strongly recommend that any improvements
and repairs be undertaken at the earliest opportunity.
This will
normally
include connection of the system to Redcare, for central
station monitoring.
There are likely to be occasions when one or more of your
properties will remain empty for a period of time, when
the security system
is of particular importance. Our regular inspections
ensure protection is maintained and gives the impression that
the property is regularly
in use.
Paying the Bills
We set up an individual
client Bank Account that we use to pay all of the bills related
to each of your properties.
At the end
of each quarter we will present you with a statement
identifying the expenditure on each of the properties.
Employees moving in/out of the properties
We
fully appreciate the potential difficulties with employees moving
in and out of the properties and one of our
most important roles
is to make this as smooth as possible. In preparation
for their arrival, we ensure that the property is fully
cleaned,
basic
foodstuffs are purchased, the beds are aired and there
are fresh flowers in
the vases. Your employees can simply arrive at the
property without having to worry about organising any of these
mundane tasks beforehand.
We will even greet your employees at the property to
hand over keys and explain how everything works.
When your employees move on, we ensure that all the
necessary steps are taken to prepare the property
for the new arrivals,
including
taking care of the laundry, carrying out a deep clean,
touching in the decorations and carrying out any
repairs.
Secure Key Holders
Not only will
we look after each of your properties, we also take care of your
employees whilst they
are in residence.
If they have
any problems with the property they only need call
our number
for an efficient one-stop service. We also act
as secure key holders
to allow access for deliveries and household staff.
Sentinel Concierge
We also offer
an extensive Concierge service, which can be especially useful
to your employees from
overseas or elsewhere
in the UK
that are unaccustomed to life in London. We
can assist with matters as diverse as booking a table
in a top
restaurant
to advice on
a local crèche!
